Tuta.com - My go to email service

Reviews
Clean and simple UI for a fast workflow
Email interface

Tuta is more than just an email service to me; it's the reason I fall in love with digital products every day. The attention to detail, stability, passion, and promises kept are what set it apart.

Finding the right email service wasn’t easy for me, mainly because I’m particular about the small details. I’ve tried dozens of email platforms, but none felt like the right fit. Some of the recent ones I used include Infomaniak kMail, which I really liked, but it had some weird connection issues that made it uncomfortable to use, despite the nice AI features they’re adding. I then switched to Apple iCloud+, but I needed more addresses, features, and native apps across most systems—something Tuta offers.

So, Tuta all the way! I went back from Apple Mail (with iCloud+ features) to Tuta and upgraded to a business plan.

As I write this post, they’ve revamped their website, and I absolutely love it. There’s something about Tuta that makes me feel like, "Did I design this experience myself?" For those experienced in web design, Tuta is a product you’ll find yourself sticking with once you’ve tried it.

Below are some of my favorite features, along with 1-2 things that could be improved:

✅ Native apps for most systems
✅ End-to-end encryption
✅ Top-notch UI/UX
✅ Encrypted calendar
✅ No-brain pricing plans (Individuals & Businesses)
✅ More than enough features for businesses

❌ Needs some sizing adjustments for the mobile app
❌ Nothing else

My comparison: Tuta > Infomaniak kMail > Apple Mail (sorry to the others, they didn’t make the cut)

I highly recommend it to everyone, even if you’re just using it for one email. Give it a try!

My locals: Mos u tutni prej TUTËS 😂

I’ll catch you in the next post—I’ve got some emails to send...
